Turkey Loaf with Sundried Tomatoes

- 1 1/2lb ground turkey
- 1 onion (chopped)
- ½ cup sundried tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 slices whole wheat bread (torn into small pieces)
- 4 tablespoon ketchup
- Set oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, turkey, egg, onion, bread, ketchup, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Set turkey and bread mixture into a loaf pan and cook in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
