Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2lb ground turkey
  2. 1 onion (chopped)
  3. ½ cup sundried tomatoes
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 1/2 slices whole wheat bread (torn into small pieces)
  6. 4 tablespoon ketchup
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
Instructions
  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, turkey, egg, onion, bread, ketchup, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  3. Set turkey and bread mixture into a loaf pan and cook in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
