Ingredients
  1. 8 chicken breast halves (Skinless, boneless)
  2. 20 ounces can pineapple chunks (drained)
  3. ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  4. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  6. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  7. 2 tablespoons sherry
  8. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
  1. Combine the brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, sherry, garlic powder, and soy sauce in a shallow baking dish. Add in the pineapple and chicken into the mixture, coating the pieces well.
  2. Set the covered baking dish with the contents into the refrigerator for two hours.
  3. Set the grill temperature to medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the chicken and the pineapple, alternately, and then add a light coat of oil to the grilling grate.
  5. Cook on the grill for up to 20 minutes (or until the juices become clear), and flip the skewers every so often to cook the pieces evenly. Serve and enjoy!
