Tangy Strawberry Sorbet

There is no better way to cool down during the summertime than to have a delicious serving of this frozen concoction. It is much healthier for you than a bowl of ice cream, yet it will keep you happy and satisfied while you are losing weight!

Ingredients
  1. 6 cups frozen strawberries
  2. 4 tablespoon sugar
  3. ½ cup water
  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  5. 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Using a food processor, combine the strawberries, lemon juice, vanilla extract, water and sugar and blend until smooth.
  2. Remove mixture from food processor and freeze in a plastic container for up to 4 hours before serving.
