- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 12 ounce Tofu
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chili flakes, garlic, ginger, salt, brown sugar, and sesame oil and mix well. Set aside.
- Sauté the tofu in a lightly greased skillet for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add the sauce mixture into the skillet with the tofu and cook for five more minutes; serve and enjoy!
