Ingredients
  1. 3lbs Pork Tenderloin
  2. 3 tablespoons Dried rosemary
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 2 garlic cloves (minced)
Instructions
  1. Set oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Generously brush olive oil over the pork tenderloin, coating it well, then sprinkled the minced garlic over the roast. Set the tenderloin into a baking dish (about 10x15 inches), adding the rosemary on top.
  3. Allow roast to bake in a 375 degree oven for two hours, or until the roast is 145degrees F internally. Serve and enjoy!
