Ingredients
  1. 2 pounds Beef Stew meat (cubed)
  2. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  3. 4 beef bouillon cubes (crumbed)
  4. 4 cups water
  5. 1 teaspoon rosemary
  6. 1 teaspoon parsley
  7. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  8. 2 large potatoes (peeled, cubed)
  9. 4 carrots (sliced)
  10. 4 celery stalks (chopped)
  11. 1 large onion (chopped)
  12. 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, brown all sides of the beef cubes in oil over medium heat and then transfer to the crock-pot.
  2. Add the bouillon, rosemary, pepper, and parsley in with the beef and allow to cook on high in the slow cooker for an hour.
  3. Combine carrots, celery, potatoes, onion, and cornstarch into the beef and herb stew mix and allow to cook for another hour.
