Ingredients
  1. 2 red apples (diced)
  2. 1 orange
  3. 1/3 cup raisins
  4. 1/3 cup walnuts (chopped)
  5. 1 cup celery (chopped)
  6. ¼ cup nonfat yogurt (plain)
  7. 3 tablespoon low-fat mayo
  8. ½ teaspoon curry powder
  9. 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  10. Cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. To make the salad dressing, combine mayo, salt, curry powder, cayenne pepper, and yogurt; mix well in a bowl.
