Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  2. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  5. 2 teaspoons curry paste
  6. 1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
  7. 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Using a zip-lock bag or small sealable container, combine soy sauce, mustard, brown sugar, curry, garlic, and lemon juice; add in the shrimp, and set in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Pan-fry shrimp over medium-high heat on the stovetop in a medium-sized skillet; cooking them for about 3 minutes per side; adding in some of the marinade to cook the shrimp in.
