Ingredients
  1. 2 large tomatoes (cut into wedges)
  2. 1 cup chopped hearts of romaine
  3. 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  4. 1/4 fresh jalapeño (stemmed and seeded)
  5. 1 large red bell pepper (cut into eighths)
  6. 2 large stalks celery, trimmed
  7. 1 medium carrot, peeled
  8. Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
  1. Using a juicing machine, combine tomatoes, chives, lettuce, jalapeno, celery, carrot, and bell pepper pieces and blend well.
  2. You may choose to fill a glass with ice; otherwise pour the juice into a glass and serve right away.
