Ingredients
  1. 2 (10.75 ounce) cans low-salt, low-fat, condensed cream of mushroom soup
  2. 3lbs chuck roast
  3. 1 pound small, red potatoes
  4. 1 large onion (chopped)
  5. 2 cups carrots (sliced)
  6. ½ pound string beans
  7. ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Combine the chuck roast, onion, and cream of mushroom soup into a crock-pot.
  2. Cook on low up to 8 hours (or on high for 4 hours).
  3. Toss in potatoes, beans, parsley, and carrots about an hour before the roast had finished cooking.
