Golden Spice Smoothie

With a little zing from the ginger and orange, this smoothie will get you motivated and out the door! Feel free to add more ginger if you want some extra spice, or you can use less ginger if you are not a huge fan of too much spice. You can make this concoction in a blender or a food processor – whatever works for you!

Ingredients
  1. Fresh Ginger (to taste)
  2. 1 orange – peeled
  3. ½ cup grapes
  4. 2 carrots (peeled, cut)
  5. ¼ cup water
  6. ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Combine water, ice, grapes, ginger, carrots, and the orange into your blender or food processor and blend until mixture is smooth; serve and enjoy!
