Ingredients
  1. 4 chicken breast halves (skinless, boneless)
  2. 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  3. ½ cup Marsala wine
  4. ¼ cup flour
  5. 1 tablespoon butter
  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  7. ½ teaspoon Oregano
  8. ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  9. ¼ teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine the flour, garlic salt, oregano, and pepper. Evenly coat the chicken with the flour mixture in a large bowl.
  2. In a skillet, warm up the butter and olive oil on medium heat; then add chicken. Sauté the chicken for three minutes or until chicken becomes golden brown. Flip the chicken over; add in mushrooms and cook for another two minutes.
  3. Drizzle Marsala wine over the chicken and lower heat to a simmer. Allow to cook covered for 10 minutes or until chicken juices become clear.
