Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Canned Black beans (drained, rinsed)
  2. 2 cup Canned Corn (drained)
  3. 1/3 cup Red onion (chopped)
  4. ¼ cup Cilantro (chopped)
  5. 3 tbsp Lime juice
  6. 1 tsp Olive Oil
  7. ½ tsp Salt
  8. ½ tsp Cumin
  9. 1/8 tsp Red Pepper (ground)
Instructions
  1. Combine black beans, corn, onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, cumin, and red pepper in a large serving bowl; mix well.
