Ingredients
  1. 2 cup raw pumpkins seeds
  2. 11/2 tablespoon butter (melted)
  3. 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. salt
Instructions
  1. Set oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix in the pumpkin seeds, Worcestershire sauce, butter, garlic powder, and salt and mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking sheet and roast for an hour; occasionally stirring. Seeds should become golden brown and crispy.
