  1. 1 cup peaches (diced)
  2. ½ cup apples (diced)
  3. ½ cup avocado (diced)
  4. ½ cup tomato (diced)
  5. 1/3 cup green onion (chopped)
  6. ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
  7. 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  8. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  9. 1 teaspoon cumin
  10. 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded, minced)
  11. Olive oil
  12. Salt
  13. Pepper
  1. In a large glass bowl, combine apples, peaches, tomato, avocado, onion, cilantro sesame oil, lemon juice, cumin, jalapeno, olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
