Ingredients
  1. 4 large Red apples (sliced paper thin)
  2. 4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Set oven to 200 degrees F.
  2. Place finely sliced apples on a parchment-lined cookie sheet in a single layer; sprinkle on cinnamon.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for an hour; flip apple slices over and continue to bake for one more hour or until apples are crispy and have a golden brown color.
