Ingredients
  1. 2 cup Almond flour
  2. 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  3. ½ teaspoon salt
  4. ½ cup coconut oil (melted)
  5. 3 tablespoon honey
  6. 4 eggs
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, coconut oil, honey, eggs, vanilla, and salt and mix well. You may also choose to add in some fruit such as apples if you want.
  3. Pour the batter into each paper-lined muffin cups and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
